From Oulu to auction: a well-kept Mercedes in tidy condition. With the previous owner for 10 years in use.

Body condition:

Slight early rust in the usual places: wheel arches and doors. Small marks on the rear passenger door. Small scuff on the plastic rear bumper. Normal wear in the loading area. Front end in neat condition. Some stone chips on the front.

Windscreen: intact and clean, no cracks; a few stone chips outside the field of view on the passenger side.

Interior condition: Very tidy interior. Seats intact and holding their shape, door handles and all buttons in good condition. Rubber floor mats. Sunroof opening and closing mechanism works. The wood trim and dark seats make an attractive combination.

On the road: The car is extremely comfortable to drive. No particular issues were noted on the test drive and the running noise was good. The gearbox shifts smoothly and the engine runs well. No warning lights are illuminated.

Equipment: Sunroof, cruise control, engine block heater, automatic climate control (blowing cool air), seat heaters, radio, partly electrically adjustable seats.

Service history: Serviced regularly. Oil changes mainly carried out by the owner and recorded in the service book; other work carried out at the dealer as needed, for example automatic transmission oil change. In recent years, tie-rod ends and rear springs have also been replaced. A fairly major transmission repair has been carried out by a trusted mechanic, but there is no receipt.

Tyres: Summer tyres were changed last autumn to new Hakka Green 3 tyres. The tyres have a lot of tread remaining—estimated a few thousand kilometres driven on them.

Winter studded tyres are also in excellent condition, estimated 7–8 mm of tread remaining and studs intact.
