The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, the company documents and related paperwork before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller for the item for sale. Bids are binding.

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws from the purchase, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest.
