The object is sold in an online auction held on the site www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 22 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.

Objects sold by enforcement are disposed of on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period expires on 22 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the enforcement authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

A final extension of up to six weeks’ payment time may be granted if required. During the payment period interest under section 3, subsection 2 of the Interest Act is charged on the whole purchase price. The annual interest under that provision is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic increment system. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 18 June 2026 at the latest 12:00 to the address below

The bid will be connected to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The property has been seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to inspect the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore familiarise themselves with the property before making an offer.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title within six months of the date of the sales deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative when applying for title, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer acquires ownership and the sales deed will be handed over to the buyer only once the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
