• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods are sold directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder must, before making an offer, inspect the lot and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been detected during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without a seller warranty, and there is no right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note that each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so faults and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the products carefully before deciding to buy. Before purchasing, always check all relevant matters such as vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and any possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and MOT/inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the insolvency estate transfers a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from an insolvency estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removing and loading the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within a week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
