• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods are sold directly from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection prior to bidding Bidders must inspect the lot, and any documents relating to the company, before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim issues that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or returns from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. Note that each successful bid has its own pick-up fee; if you win several lots, the pick-up fee must be paid for each. The pick-up fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Always verify any related matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. The sale may include inspected, uninspected or tax-due vehicles.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from an estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Overstays are charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs with full interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions before bidding.

• inspect the lot and the provided information before bidding

• bids are binding; there is no exchange or return

• the item is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
