• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use, as‑is. Goods are sold as found in use or in storage. The item has been photographed and described by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a qualified inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, related company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on issues that could have been discovered during a pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights on the item. All offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: Payment must be made within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. Note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, you must pay the collection fee for each lot. • 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so inspect items carefully before buying. Always check all relevant matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: Buyers must check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection status using Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will be charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the withdrawing buyer the difference between the resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction conditions and terms of sale before placing a bid.

• inspect the lot and the provided information before bidding

• offers are binding, and there is no exchange or return right

• the lot is sold as‑is, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
