Selling this GTI Mk5 Golf as a trial. If offers arrive (that are at least somewhat acceptable), I see no reason not to sell.


2.0 L turbo petrol TFSI engine. Service book/manual included, winter tyres included, good summer tyres.

- Paint damage on the roof, boot and, as I recall, the front passenger door, though much smaller there than elsewhere.

- A warning light is on; I do not know the cause.

+ Recently inspected — to pass the inspection the sills were welded; lower control arm replaced and the dog‑bone (engine mount) replaced.

Bushes on both sides also replaced.

- Leaks a very small amount of oil from the front of the engine (repair recommended in the inspection report).
