The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The item has not been inspected by a professional, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Before bidding, the bidder must inspect the item, the building/company documents and related papers. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and MOT/inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.
