• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection The bidder is obliged to inspect the lot, the company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been discovered during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The auction must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick‑up and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each bid may have its own pickup fee; if there are several bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of goods The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify related matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, machine condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection records via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The sale may include inspected, uninspected or tax‑unpaid vehicles.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other utilities.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of purchased goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller may re‑sell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the original and the new (lower) price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions before bidding.
