In the heart of the finest nature and services at PyhäHoliday Club Pyhä’s holiday home is located close to nature, in a peaceful area yet near services. Pyhätunturi is a group of fells about 10 kilometres long, located in the municipalities of Pelkosenniemi and Kemijärvi.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the purchase price excluding debt.
