This is because the importer’s warranty has already expired and the unit has never been used. Installation instructions are included and are extremely simple. Cut a hole in the roof — secure the indoor and outdoor units appropriately — connect the 12‑volt cable (a professional auto‑electrician is recommended) and it will start producing cold so that even in July you'll need woollen trousers.
