For sale: repossessed Toyota 4D Hiace VAN 2.5D, 2005 / Repossessed Toyota 4D Hiace Van 2.5D in Joensuu, Joensuu

The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on the www.huutokaupat.com website during 22 May 2026–11 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding period ends on 11 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system availability. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority; this will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic incrementing system. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the www.huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 10 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority, Joensuu office, address: Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the announced payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sales period.
