Safe felling requires great care and precision. Forget felling bars, old-fashioned wedges, sling-ratchets and relying on luck. The Jokijärvi wedge can be used in several ways with either a battery-powered impact wrench, a ratchet wrench or a powerful cordless tool. Easy to carry.

The device's operating principle is simple: once the desired felling direction has been chosen and the required felling cut made, the wedge is inserted into the saw cut and the trigger is pressed. The threaded rod driven by the cordless tool pushes the wedge that moves between stainless steel lamellae forward, opening the saw cut and causing the tree to fall in the chosen direction.
