BMW 530, 2008, Helsinki

This is a very nice genuine M-Sport BMW.

Extensive repairs have been carried out and some receipts are available. Below is text written by the previous owner:

• Injectors cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner (valve cover, intake manifold and injector seals replaced) (valve cover was leaking oil)

• Engine crankcase breather and gasket replaced

• Longitudinal control arm bushes replaced, left and right (they were worn)

• Transmission oil pan replaced + mechatronics seals replaced + wiring-harness grommet replaced (was seeping oil)

• Exhaust manifold gaskets and stud bolts renewed (leak from cylinder 6)

• Alternator replaced (was broken)

• Accessory belts and all fluids renewed at the last service (about 8 months / ~11,000 km ago)

• Rear brake shoes and repair kit installed < brake discs and pads changed a few thousand km earlier.

• Front brake discs and pads renewed

• Windscreen replaced

• Power steering filter (reservoir) and fluid renewed

• Defa cables replaced

• New Purelux auxiliary light installed (new)

• Previous owner's engine-bay wiring mess sorted and routed properly

• Many other items done, I can't remember everything now — comprehensively put in order.

• Summer alloy wheels and tyres in excellent condition.

• Gearbox and engine operate excellently; fuel consumption around 6.9 L/100 km on the motorway, 8.5–9.0 L/100 km in town

• The car is a genuine M Sport with sports leather, electric-adjustment (seats), ski bag and dog guard/boot protector included.

• According to receipts, the previous owner has spent a few thousand euros on the car — glow plugs, shock absorbers, etc.

• Intake manifold flaps removed and 'stage 1' engine and gearbox remap installed.

The car passed inspection on 13 May 2026 and the only remark was: manufacturer's plate damaged.
