How to submit bids

The lot will be sold by successive bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 13 May and 3 June 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids is 3 June 2026 at 11:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective purchaser may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment rules. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the www.huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 2 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Kotka office, address Vuorikatu 5 C, 48100 Kotka, or by e‑mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a placed bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The buyer must immediately after acceptance of the bid pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official account. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer must pay default interest on the full purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price has been paid or the item has been resold. The current default interest rate is 9.50%.

Other information

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are urged to thoroughly inspect the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.

The property must be collected as soon as possible after payment of the purchase price.
