Although some sellers offer “customer returns”, their complete cleanliness cannot be guaranteed. Possible risks include, for example:

🐈 pet hair and allergens
🦠 contaminants trapped in textiles

Even professional cleaning does not eliminate all risks completely.

Therefore our policy is clear: we only sell new items as well as showroom and exhibition models – now at special prices due to the showroom move.
