If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You must collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you may also view additional products — our showroom holds thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be handed over to the winning bidder or to an authorised representative.

A cancellation/non-payment compensation fee of 10% of the sale price will be charged for binding sale cancellations or unpaid bids.
