• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Items are from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the listing. They have not been examined by an inspector, so hidden faults not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the lot, company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been discovered during the pre-auction inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The successful bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each lot may have its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The lot must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please bear this in mind when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, item condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection (MOT) details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Outstanding taxes transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be tested, untested or have outstanding taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower resale price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale before placing a bid.

• – bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• – the lot is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the listing
