Safe felling requires great care and precision. Forget old felling bars, traditional wedges, strap ratches and luck. The Jokijärvi wedge can be used in several ways with a cordless impact wrench, a ratchet or a powerful cordless tool. Easy to carry.

The device is simple to operate: once the desired felling direction is chosen and the required felling notch has been cut, the wedge is inserted into the saw kerf and the trigger is pressed. The threaded rod driven by the cordless tool pushes the wedge forward between the stainless steel lamellae, opening the kerf and causing the tree to fall in the chosen direction.

The mechanical felling guider generates the force needed to fell trees exactly in the desired direction easily and without straining the logger. The safety distance must be twice the length of the tree being felled. A single 4 Ah battery can fell dozens of trees.
