• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been subjected to a condition inspection. They are sold as-is, in their current state. Goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the auction listing. The item has not been inspected by a qualified assessor, so latent defects not visible at the time of listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders are obliged, before placing a bid, to inspect the item and any company documents and records related to it. The buyer may not later claim a defect that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The item is sold without any seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and charges” section of the auction page. If you have questions about payment, contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of goods: The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final; please check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and any potential latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection (MOT) details using Traficom’s public vehicle information services. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be roadworthy, unroadworthy or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other utility connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the original and the resale price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold "as seen" but the seller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid no longer binds the bidder
