Defects and other observations

Rust everywhere. The jack lift points were patched for the last inspection. There is an electrical fault: the wiper sometimes operates by itself and the horn sounds at the same time. For this reason I have disconnected the horn wire. When the throttle is floored the engine can start to falter, though it runs normally in regular driving. And there are certainly other issues.
