Unused professional party and event tent for sale. The tent measures 10 x 12 metres, approximately 120 m².

This is not an ordinary small pop-up tent but a truly large and tall event tent with a spacious, unified interior. The interior height at the centre is 4.4 m and the external ridge height is over 7 m. The eaves height is 2.6 m.

A tent of this size does not have the low, cramped feel of standard 4 x 8 m pop-up tents, where space often feels low and people have to stoop under the frame. This tent is noticeably higher and more impressive, and its uses are on a completely different level.

The tent is large enough to drive a tractor into, which illustrates its practical internal height and suitability for uses beyond just parties.

Condition and storage

The tent is new and unused. It has never been opened or assembled.

The tent has been stored outdoors on pallets since last summer. It is packed on two large euro pallets in steel cages.

As the tent is unused, the buyer will be the first to put it into use. Additional photos are available on request and the tent can be inspected on site before bidding.

Value and rental use

The RRP for a tent of this size is about €7,000.

Hiring a comparable event tent assembled for a weekend can cost over €10,000. If the tent will be used for multiple events or for a company, farm or event organiser, buying may be far more economical than hiring.

The tent may also be suitable for rental business use, as tents of this size are needed for weddings, corporate events, summer events, markets and seasonal needs.

Assembly

Assembly of a tent this size will take approximately one day for 3–4 people. Assembly instructions are included.

Buyers should note that this is a large professional tent, not a small garden pop-up that can be erected quickly by hand.

Option for a larger setup

There is another identical tent in storage, which has been assembled once.

If the buyer wants a combined tent setup like in the photos or needs a larger overall solution, the second tent can be discussed separately. Two tents can be combined to create a much larger and more impressive space for a bigger event, wedding use, storage or machine shelter.

Collection

The tent is located in Kärkölä.

The buyer collects the tent, but assistance with loading can be arranged. The tent is packed on two large euro pallets in steel cages, so consider transport equipment and pallet size when collecting.
