• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders are obliged to inspect the item, company documents and related papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on facts that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within two (2) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com email. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each. • 🚙 Vehicle status: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of items.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the original offered price and the lower sale price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
