• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come straight from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale listing. The product has not been reviewed by a condition inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the specific item, company documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer may not later rely on an issue that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: No warranty, exchange or right of return is provided by the seller for the item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the pickup and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. • 🔕 Products The goods come from an insolvency estate; please take this into account when bidding. The items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle taxes, registration and inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the insolvency estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collections are charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions that apply to this auction before placing a bid.
