• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as-is, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so latent defects not noticed when the listing was made may exist.

• 👓 Inspection: Before placing a bid, the bidder must inspect the item, the company documents and records relating to it. The buyer cannot later claim a matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item carries no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible Value Added Tax, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check before buying all relevant matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be registered, unregistered or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before bidding.

• the item is sold as seen, but the seller guarantees that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
