Mercedes-Benz E 500, 2003, Tuusula

This car was originally purchased in 2003 by a medical centre in Turku. The car was bought from an estate after the owner passed away; I knew the deceased owner well. It is not known whether there were other owners between the original and the last owner.

The photos include receipts for the car's services from 2013 onwards. The car has been very well maintained.

This spring the car has also been serviced and repaired as follows:

- valve cover gaskets

- breather pipe

- battery

- radiator and fluids

- condenser pipes

- gearbox oil

- rear brake pipe and fluids

- headlight restoration

- repair and paint of minor rust at the ends of the sills, wheel-arch lips and the lower edge of the driver's door, and repair and paint of scratches on the lower edges of the bumpers and doors

- exhaust hanger repair

- interior wash

- steam cleaning of the engine bay and other areas

- bonnet star

- new number plates.

Known deficiencies:

- keyless central locking on the driver's door does not work

- reverse parking sensors do not work

- sunroof operation works but is slightly intermittent

- small stone chips on the bonnet

- a couple of small stone chips on the windscreen

- on the roof between the windscreen and sunroof there are a few small paint defects

- the estate did not find the original service and owner's manual.

As far as I know this is a very good example but it still requires some minor work.
