Terms of Sale

The property has been seized and it is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Code of Enforcement, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Code of Enforcement. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of a bid.
