The item has been photographed for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden faults not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders are obliged to inspect the relevant premises and any company documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been identified during the pre-purchase inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The successful bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. • 🔕 Condition of items Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, device condition and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking possible tax, registration and inspection information for vehicles via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information in the listing
