• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection Bidders are obliged to inspect the lot, the company's documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later claim something that could have been noticed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days following the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you have multiple winning lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may show defects or omissions.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchase. Before deciding to buy, always check any related matters such as vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' tax, registration and MOT/test information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. The sale includes inspected vehicles, uninspected vehicles and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If a buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the lot and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.
