The item will be sold by rising bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 12 May 2026 and 2 June 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 2 June 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the bid the provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obligated to pay the purchase price offered within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic incrementer. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the www.huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 1 June 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Joensuu office, address: Yliopistokatu 6B, 3rd floor, 80100 Joensuu, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.
