• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current state. Goods come directly from use or storage and have been described for the sales listing by the seller. The item has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must, before making an offer, inspect the lot and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller for the item offered. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions emailed by huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own pick-up fee; if you win several lots, a pick-up fee must be paid for each. The pick-up fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the lot page. • 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please bear this in mind when placing an offer. The items are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always verify matters related to your purchase decision, such as vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle liabilities: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise notified. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the full difference between the lower sale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale before placing an offer.

And please note that:

•    inspect the lot and the information provided before bidding

•    offers are binding and there is no exchange or right of return

•    the lot is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

•    if the seller does not announce acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
