The seized item is sold by private treaty through the enforcement officer via the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period ends on 22 May 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer's obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid is accepted. Payment is made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid in the auction. The person who made the highest

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic increment system.
