Ugly but functional Transit. It stood idle for about twenty years and was revived back into service last autumn. The feed pump was rebuilt at the Joutseno diesel workshop and at the same time the timing case was renewed and the valves adjusted. New aluminium cylinder head from a newer Transit. Oils were also changed in the gearbox and rear axle. It has an engine block heater so it will start even at −30°C and blows warm air. Summer and winter tyres are practically new.
