The item is sold by incremental bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 24 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid the provider’s system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic raise. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum offer amount and the item number on www.huutokaupat.com to which the offer applies. A written offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be received no later than 20 May 2026 at 16:15 at the Enforcement Authority’s Oulu office, Torikatu 34-40, 90100 OULU, or by email to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period. The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by private sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will notify acceptance of the highest bid separately. The highest bidder must immediately pay the full purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account. If payment is not made within the specified time, default interest will be charged in accordance with Section 4, subsection 1 of the Interest Act.

The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the number of the item on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.

The property has been seized and is sold privately under the supervision of the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, as applicable, the Enforcement Code’s general auction terms.
