In winter I kissed an embankment, which broke the intercooler, the air‑con condenser, the bumper and the impact bar.

I have since replaced the broken parts and I am still trying to find a front bumper.

At the rear I fitted new brake discs, pads and the right‑rear caliper.

The car also has a Webasto heater, but for some reason it won't ignite; it still blows air into the cabin.


Cons:

  • The air conditioning needs recharging.

  • The boot only opens with the key.

  • The rear wiper doesn't work (just spins) and needs fixing.

  • The right rear window mechanism is not properly installed (the glass shattered and I fitted a new one); the mechanism needs dismantling and correct installation.

  • Rust spots are starting to appear and some patch paintwork was done poorly by the previous owner.

  • The front bumper is missing.

The service book is available and the timing assembly has been done. I'll add more information later. The car has been remapped at a garage — a fairly peppy vehicle that keeps up. The last service is visible in the fault photos; I changed the oil afterwards as a precaution. Photos of the service book can be provided on request — previous owners used garages for servicing.
