Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; during that visit you may view additional products — our showroom contains thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner, or to a third party with written authorisation.

We charge a cancellation/did‑not‑pay fee of 10% of the sale price.
