Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not subject to returns or exchanges.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; at the same time you may view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to an authorised person with power of attorney.

A cancellation/non-payment fee of 10% of the sale price will be charged for cancelling a binding purchase or unpaid bid
