Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as they are at the time of sale and have no right of return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can view additional products in our showroom with thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage charge of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be handed over to the auction winner or to an authorised person with a power of attorney.

We charge a cancellation/dishonoured bid fee of 10% of the sale price.
