Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site; items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; while collecting you can view additional products — our showroom contains thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner, or to a third party with a power of attorney.

We charge a compensation fee of 10% of the purchase price for cancellation of a binding sale or for an unpaid bid.
