The engine warning light is on. A valve cover and a used intake manifold have been fitted to the car. The car reports a fault code for a too-lean mixture (P0171). We took the car to the workshop a few times; they suspected the intake manifold used might be defective. The engine bay is very oily. Otherwise the car is in tidy driving condition, with two sets of tyres and the next inspection not until October. Summer tyres have 4 mm tread and winters 6 mm, both sets on alloy wheels.
