Please note that a well-maintained item is not new. Below are examples of condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair’s upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: Upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more noticeable scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiffer (e.g. in an office chair). Older models with faded upholstery but functioning are typically classified as satisfactory.

• Fair: Upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff (e.g. in an office chair).

Won auctions must be collected within one week of the successful bid. Collection is from our central warehouse; detailed pickup information will be emailed to the auction winner.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be indicated separately.

After that we charge a storage fee of €50 per day unless agreed otherwise.
