The lot is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. Other items visible in the pictures are not included unless specifically stated. The buyer has no right of exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for the safe dismantling, transfer, packing and removal of the lot and for any costs related to these. Uncollected goods will revert to the seller's ownership 14 days after the sale (unless otherwise agreed) and the purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any possible errors in the listing. Vehicle registration is carried out using the auction details; bid with the correct identifiers. Any subsequent new invoices with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid taxes on vehicles always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction may take from days up to weeks depending on other parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether checks under anti‑money‑laundering and sanctions legislation are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
