The buyer has no right to exchange or return. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for safely detaching, moving, packing and collecting the lot and for all related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership 14 days after purchase (unless otherwise agreed) and the paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not liable for any errors in the listing. Vehicles are registered using the auction details—bid with the correct identifiers. Any subsequently issued invoices with different details and other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid taxes on vehicles always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days to weeks depending on various parties such as creditors and finance companies, and on whether anti-money laundering and sanctions checks on the buyer are required. The seller cannot influence processing times.
