Condition:
All items are in neat, used condition. The furniture is sturdy and the rug's colours remain bright. Some minor signs of normal wear.

COLLECTION – BINDING TERMS

• Collections only Wed–Fri 08:00–16:00

• Collection must be made within the specified time – non-transferable

Examples:
Auction ends Mon–Tue → collection Wed–Fri (same week)
Auction ends Wednesday or Thursday → collection Wed–Fri (same week)
Auction ends at the weekend → collection Wed–Fri (following week)

Please ensure you can collect the items before you place a bid.

❗ A storage fee of €35 per day will be charged for items not collected, starting from the first working day after the deadline without exception.

We will consider the lot cancelled if the costs exceed the hammer price.
