- Warning light illuminated red; does not appear to affect vehicle operation. See photo.

- Elevated moisture readings detected in lockers and in the storage compartment floor, and behind the B-pillars at the corners of the living-area floor (under the sofa and in the gas-cylinder compartment). No official moisture measurement has been done; seller measured when taking in the vehicle.

- Slight side noise from the cab heater fan motor

- Normal wear: dents, scratches, cracks — visible in photos

- Living-area appliances have not been checked; previous owner reports they all work

- Not all living-area window blinds operate correctly

- A vanilla-scented air freshener (Wunder-Baum) has been in the vehicle and the scent is still present

The vehicle has not undergone a technical condition inspection by us and the functionality of all equipment has not been tested.
