A handsome BMW 525 with a long MOT, coming straight from daily use and offered in part-exchange!


The car starts cleanly, the running sound is reasonable (see video), it moves well forwards and backwards and the power is intact. It is not faultless, so some minor work is needed if you want it perfect. There is occasional knocking from the front while driving, for example when turning. The steering wheel is slightly off-centre, I couldn’t close the sunroof after opening it, there is a crack in the windscreen, warning lights are on and the boot only opens with the key fob button. The car has been serviced and repaired as needed; according to the previous owner: last summer two injectors were replaced, intake manifold flaps, the gearbox filter and oil were changed and fuel-system treatment has been applied to the engine a couple of times and to the gearbox. The car has not been diagnosed in detail.


Two sets of tyres included: very good studded winter tyres; of the summer tyres two are very good and two are poor. Service booklet not available.
