Defects and other observations

On a short test drive we made the following observations:

- Technician's report

- Oil pressure gauge attached to the car and started -> With cold oil the pressures are OK -> The engine was run until

oil temperature reached 90 °C -> With warm oil the pressure at idle was only 0.5 bar (minimum 0.9 bar) -> At higher revs the pressure rises to 3 bar -> Oil filter inspected and fine metal particles found in the oil filter -> Mechanical wear in the engine and idle oil pressures are not sufficient

Notes

- Fault code also P33A9 00 Relay for Gas Tank Shut-Off Valve - Open circuit

- Intake pipe to the air filter is broken

- Engine/undertray covered in oil
