The item is sold by incrementing bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 5 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system availability. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment deadline. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to make a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment function. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 30 April 2026 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Sairashuoneenkatu 2-4, 20100 Turku, or by e-mail to: turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by means of an open sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are encouraged to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents.

The item can be collected after payment of the purchase price. A certificate of transfer will be given to the buyer upon collection. Collection must be arranged separately with Senior Enforcement Inspector Reelika Leppinen.

Payment terms:

The buyer must pay the full purchase price immediately after the bid is accepted. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when the bid is accepted.
