It is fully compatible with iOS and Android systems and synchronises seamlessly with the iOS Health app. Sleep index: the smart ring helps you understand sleep stages such as deep sleep, REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, light sleep and wakefulness. During these stages the body undergoes different metabolic processes that promote growth, repair and recovery.

Fitness tracking: the smart fitness ring app allows tracking of various indoor and outdoor activities.

All-day monitoring: the smart ring uses power-saving technology, so it monitors your health continuously for 3–5 days without charging.

Download the app first and connect it to the smart ring before use – you can view the data recorded by the ring in the app.

Android 5.0 or iOS 10.0 and later are supported.

During the first connection it may take a few minutes to pair the ring with the app, so please be patient. If some data is missing, check in the app that the ring is connected correctly.

To use the device, download and install the FitnessMax app.

It is important to charge the device for at least one hour before first use, otherwise you will not be able to connect it. The ring connection option is in the app – do not look for this feature in your phone’s Bluetooth settings!
