• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Items are from active use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the listing. As there has been no formal condition inspection, there may be latent defects not apparent at the time of listing.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the premises and any relevant documents before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on anything that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days following the pickup and payment instructions emailed by Huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, pickup fees must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. • 🔕 Items Items originate from a bankruptcy estate. They are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final. Please check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any matters related to your purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: Buyers are responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of items.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please review the auction terms and sale conditions before bidding.
